MENTORSHIP AND TRAINING

Director Development Program



Director of Operations

Oversees daily business activities such as HR, finances, and social media.
Responsible for managing resources, developing and implementing an operational plan, and ensuring that procedures are carried out properly.



Assistant Director

Supports Director by managing and training employees. Learning to oversee budgets, day-to-day operations, and HR.



Development Executive

Serves as a point of contact for upper management. Delegates tasks and completes company initiatives.



Senior Executive

Responsible for screening new potential candidates. Oversees new accounts and Junior Executives.



Junior Executive

Manages the development of Client Associates. Serves as an apprentice to Senior Executives.



Event Assistant

Facilitates face-to-face communication with clients and customers. Creates exposure as well as generates revenue for our clients, while learning and applying marketing strategies and customer service techniques.
